I'm struggling to be able to reply to your emails Val, no options are available for personal messaging or email response. Is there a particular reason for this or is it set by default?

I will take a look at the permissions settings for the user groups - maybe a problem with a setting.

I have now fixed the private messaging system and group permissions to allow new registered user to send,edit,receive and mail group and most other email priveleges.
